1. Once you register please be sure to change your name to have a first and last name. If you are applying for a canon character you don't have to change your name yet. The admins will change your name once you have been accepted. Also if you are accepted as a professor, you don't have to have the word Prof. or Professor in front of your name.
2. Once you register you have exactly three days to post up an application before your account is deleted. Three days is enough time for you to post up an application. Also once your application is up, please do note that the admins do have real lives and can't always be on everyday to accept people and post. So please do be patient.
3. Canon characters will go by a first come first serve basis. However if that application is not yet accepted you can post up your application. The person who can roleplay the canon character the best will get that character. This is to ensure that good active people get the characters that are needed on the site.
4. Please do not roleplay or post anywhere else until your application has been accepted. If you do post anywhere else without permission before being accepted you will get a 5% warning.
5. As for alters, please try to limit your number to however many you can handle. If you have lots of characters and one becomes inactive, do not expect me to reactivate them. It's your fault for bitting more than you can chew.
6. Please remember to post in third person. It is annoying to see people post in first person. It also makes roleplaying very hard to do, as well as makes it confusing for experienced and non-experienced roleplayers to roleplay with you.
7. Absolutely no one-liners. They drive me crazy and most experienced roleplayer don't like to roleplay with those who don't post in detail. So a good two-three paragraphs is good for a roleplay post.
8. If you are going to be absent for a while, make sure you post in the absence board and telling us about it. This way so you won't get deleted or put on the inactive list. We like to keep track of if our members are going to be gone or not, especially are canon characters.
9. If you have been inactive for about two weeks without a notice to us your account may be deleted. So make sure you get on and tell us these things.
10. Avatars may be no larger then 120x250. If they are they will be deleted. Signatures may be no larger then 500x300. If they are larger then that, then they will be deleted.
11. Absolutely no emo, cutting, suicide characters. Also no sex is to be roleplayed on the forum. We are not a pornographic forum. Plus we do not want to break Proboards TOS and risk having the board deleted. Also no smoking or drinking. Everything else will be considered okay. If you are having a heavy make out session please be sure to put a warning in the header. Some people don't want to read smutty posts.
12. Absolutely no god-modding unless you have permission from that specific character. God-modding is when you take control over another persons character.
13. Admins word is law. You break the rules, you better face the consequences.
