[OOC: I'm a bit museless so I just used my application rp sample. XD]
Ryu sat at the library table reading a book on Defence Against the Dark Arts. It's not like he had anything better to do. Besides there really wasn't anyone else in the library today. That could be because today was a Hogsmeade weekend day. All the other students would be out traveling around Hogsmeade getting treats, hanging out with their friends and having a good time.
As for him, he didn't have any friends. He was alone, so very alone it was almost heartsickening, but in order not to bring about death he decided to stay away from people. Getting close to people just brought them their death bed. To him he was the cause of their death and it just brought him pain. There was no need to get close to people if they were just going to die and leave him alone in the world.
Ryu closed the book and leaned back in the chair he was sitting in. Being in the castle was boring, but ever going out side of it's walls, he would never do. Being outdoors, he hated it. The outdoors was so bright and beautiful. He came from a world of coldness and pain. He didn't belong in the beauty of the outdoors. So he remained inside all the time. There wasn't anything he could do about it.

Just a couple weeks ago, the most bizzare thing happened to Yasha, he had to deal with a drunk Gryffindor girl after she had been pressured into drinking firewhiskey. Of course, it was all Yasha's fault, he thought that the tall blonde with her was a nice guy but he turned out be the biggest jerk in the school. Yasha had to drag the girl all the way to the castle and into the hospital wing. It had taken up so much of his energy that for the next few days, Yasha avoided people as much as he could.
This morning, Yasha had skipped breakfast and made his way to the library to read some of the books. It wasn't that he liked learning but he enjoyed reading when he had nothing else interesting to do. Yasha entered the library and took a seat across a boy with silver hair timidly. Yasha didn't look at him since he was too shy to say anything, instead he keep his eyes on his book.
Yasha flipped the pages of the book, this was the dumbest book he's read in ages. Every page was filled with complicated words and Yasha felt that he didn't have to time to try and decipher them. Yasha slapped the book shut and set it on the table. With a sigh, Yasha folded his arms on the table and burried his head into them.

Ryu nearly jumped when someone sat across from him. He put his hands on his legs and sqeezed. He hated the feeling of being scared. His eyes narrowed a bit as he watched the boy across from him. The guy basically ignored him. He shrugged to himself and shifted in his seat. He usually ignored people to. Making friends was just something he didn't want to do. If he did that people tended to die, thus it was his fault.
Slap.
The boy across from him seemed a bit frustrated. Ryu glanced at him from out the side of his vision. He rested his head on his arms on the table and that was that. He turned his head fully forward watching the guy across from him. Was he suppose to say something? Was something wrong?
"Somethin' the ma'er?" he asked softly. His voice was heavily british accented. His eyes and facial features remained neutral. Don't show any concern and they won't feel compelled to befriend you.

"Somethin' the ma'er?"
Yahsa heard the boy from across him speak to him. Yasha avoided people, it wasn't becasue he was anti-social... Okay, Yahsa was unsure about that, but he thought it was becasue he was shy. But now, a boy about the same age as him and definately not a Ravenclaw had spoken to him. Yahsa wasn't sure of to say to 'Somethin' the ma'er?' What should he say 'Oh, this book is just filled with complicated words and I cannot decipher them, I don't think I even have the time either.'? Nah, the boy probably wouldn't care.
The boy's expression somewhat expressionless-like and it frigthened him a bit. It was as if the boy did not want to be friendly towards Yasha. Yasha was not suprised at all, he was used to it. He had not real friends who he could actually talk to. There was Hana, but he barely ever saw her and he didn't really think she liked him too much. Yasha had gone through six years in Hogwarts without any friends, it was like as hard as he tried to make friends, people always pushed him away.
"I... Uh... Nothing, I suppose. I mean, really it's just nothing and it doesn't matter. Sorry, if I disturbed you.." Yasha was sweating like crazy, he didn't like people thinking him as a loner freak who was extremely weird because of what he liked and did. He knew if this boy was willing to help him decipher the words, only if he was willing to help a freak like Yasha, he'd see the book Yasha was reading and think him wierd because of the topic it was on. Maybe if I alter my personality just a little, he won't suspect that I'm that 'freak kid' all the Ravenclaws talk about. Oh! And I'll have to cover the book . Putting on a fake smile and covering his book with both his hands so the boy wouldn't look and see that it was about Demons (Somehow, most of the students at Hogwarts thought he was scary because he was into somewhat Gothic topics,
"... So, do you like ..... Fruits? They're tasty aren't they? I like Bananna Strawberry cake, yummy." Yasha said trying to be energetic and happy-go-lucky, but he knew was failing miserably.
