Tristan snuck out into the darkness and smirked. He was finally going into the forbidden forest, the only place he hadn't been to in all his years at Hogwarts. He was usually stuck inside the school, but tonight he was restless and needed to get out.
He walked along the lawn toward the forest. The stars were beautiful and the moon was full. It was absolutely lovely to see. Though where he was going you really couldn't see the night sky. Good thing he also brought his wand with him.
Tristan walked into the forest and continued walking. Every now and again he'd hear wings flapping which would make him jump at times.
Finally he got to the point where he was a bit to jumpy. Problem was he had no idea where he was anymore. He looked around but it all looked the same. "Damn!" he cursed.

Night. Alucard was thankful for it, if he had to sit around in the hot sun all day, he wasn't even going to bother waking up in the morning anymore- there wasn't any point. The day had been extremely boring and long as it always was, it just kept on dragging and dragging- almost to the point that he had to look for somewhere to sit away from people for the rest of the day. He was anti-social in most cases but you could hardly blame him for it, not that he'd let you get away with blaming him.
Alucard slipped out of his bed and walked through the dark hallways of the school, gazing at the whining portraits, telling him that he should get back to bed. Like he was going to listen to a couple drawings, they weren't even worth him hearing them- they were lucky enough to even have him actually make eye contact with them. Alucard's stomach grumbled, he was debating whether or not, he should slip into Hogsmeade and fed on some animals... maybe a human, if he had the chance. It would be important that he fed his vampire side, otherwise, he'd end up like his father did.
Alucard reached the edge of the forest, his vampiric senses kicking up. He scanned the area, his eyesight piercing through the darkness reaching as far as it enabled him to, and the scent of all sorts of creatures nearby filled the air. It was an over-whelming feeling, he never really welcomed them.
As he wandered into the forest, Alucard finally realized that he wasn't alone... someone else was there.
"Damn!"
Alucard slowly began to move in the direction where the sound was coming from. He was finally able to make out a shadowy figure through the dark. Tristan. Alucard drew closer, glaring at his fellow Slytherin, "What the f*ck are you doing out here at this time? Are you looking for something to chew your ass?"

Something....something was coming closer. Tristan brought out his wand and pointed it at the figure just as he said something. "What the f*ck are you doing out here at this time? Are you looking for something to chew your ass?" He was sure he reconised that voice. He put his hand in his bangs and sighed.
"You know Alucard you can be a little more quiet when you walk through the forest," Tristan said a little more then annoyed. He glared at the other Slytherin and put his wand up in his pocket. "Don't ask me something that you should be asking yourself as well," he said twitching.
He turned his back to the other boy and looked around. "I needed to get away from the castle for a bit. Some freaky fucking shit is happening to me up there and I need some breathing room," he said finally.

"You know Alucard you can be a little more quiet when you walk through the forest,"
Alucard smirked, "There's no need." He wasn't even remotely deep enough to recieve a scrap from any kind of vicious creature. If he wanted to be dinner for a family of gigantic insects, he'd have walked in a totally different direction. They were safe in the place that they were at... for now.
"Don't ask me something that you should be asking yourself as well,"
"It's the thought that counts." Alucard replied calmly. Watching Tristan through cold brown eyes, silently. The sound of fluttering wings passed by over their heads and the distant cries of creatures echoed through the woods. If he was going to be outside, he might as well smoke. Alucard whipped out his cigarettes and his lighter, set them to work and propped the cancer stick into his mouth.
"I needed to get away from the castle for a bit. Some freaky fucking shit is happening to me up there and I need some breathing room,"
"Mhhhmmm." Alucard nodded, he could really careless about what was bothering Tristan, Alucard had other things on his mind to care about. And he wasn't a person who would ever question someone else's personal life. Neither did he have the time to actually listen to other people whisper and gossip about people but sometimes, it reached his ears but he never took them into consideration. "I don't suppose it has to do with what's been going through all the gossip, does it?"

He closed his eyes in amusement and looked over his shoulder at the other Slytherin. "Cocky much?" he asked under his breath. He shook his head and leaned back against one of the trees.
Tristan felt more then a bit irritated. "About gossip? No. Some put a memory charm on me and stole some of my memories," he said shrugging. "All the drama up at the school has been irritating, frustrating and just plain stupid," he said with a bit of contempt in his voice.
He yawned feeling a bit tired. He looked back at Alucard. "What are you doing out here anyways?" he asked frowning at the other guy.

"About gossip? No. Some put a memory charm on me and stole some of my memories,"
Alucard smirked, trying to surpress a laugh, but he had to be honest here, pulling his cigarette out of his mouth, suddenly he wasn't in the mood for one, he tossed on to the ground and stepped on it. He didn't want to burn down a forest, not that he didn't think the space-wasting creatures that lurked in the thickets didn't deserve it. "Who the f*ck would be low enough to steal someone's memories!?" If anyone was looking for someone who was extremely cynical, probably, it'd be Alucard- he never kept his mouth shut, he always had to say what was on his mind. No matter what, if people didn't like then they could go complain about that somewhere else where he couldn't hear them. He wasn't born to be able to put up with people's stupidity.
"All the drama up at the school has been irritating, frustrating and just plain stupid,"
If there was anything that Alucard would EVER agree to, it was probably that statement. Hogwarts was a breeding ground for people who wanted a lame excuse to think about something else other than school. Not that Alucard felt that school was any good.
"What are you doing out here anyways?"
Alucard grinned deviously, "I felt kind of hungry." He glanced over in the direction of Hogsmeade, thinking about the kinds of idiots that would wander around at night, how their body would be tightly gripped in Alucard's hand as he drank in the dark red liquids pouring from their neck. Alucard licked his lips, deep in thought, it was definately a worthy meal- better than what they cooked up in the Great Hall.

Tristan shrugged his shoulders, not about to go into detail about Wright and Ankit. He douted anyone in the Slytherin house knew about his preference for males instead of females. He closed his eyes and lowered his head. "Once I find out who the actual person is, they'll be wishing they had never messed with my head," he said in a deep growl. He was going to hex the person like no other.
There was a small silence before Alucard replied to his question about being out in the forest. It was the strangest answer he'd ever heard. He didn't know Alucard all that well, but he had heard a few rumors people had spread around. He didn't believe any of them, well until the actual person came out and said they were true.
"Then why are you here in the forest?" he asked. There were all kinds of places to get food, and at this time of night the kitchens in the castle would be more then enough. Then why was Alucard looking off in the direction of Hogsmeade? He closed his eyes and shook his head. "You are a very odd person Alucard," he said finally.

"Once I find out who the actual person is, they'll be wishing they had never messed with my head,"
"Good luck with that." Alucard snorted, there were a million students in the school- nearly all of them were low-life idiots in Alucard's eyes, it'd be pretty hard to spot the biggest loser of them all. All of their stupidity was about in the same league, occassionally, one would be exceptionally a little less dumber than the others by a long shot.
"Then why are you here in the forest?"
Alucard could have sworn a giant sweat drop appeared at the side of his head. "It's easier this way, I don't have to try and break the school gates open." He said clearly, hopefully, that would be more of a normal answer compared to 'Well, I decided to take this route because when I get there, I can drag people into the trees easier.' Alucard smirked at the thought, what would Tristan's reaction be? Although, he wasn't planning on telling him anything any time soon.
"You are a very odd person Alucard,"
Alucard wasn't sure what to say to that, he wasn't even sure whether it was compliment or an insult. Either way, it didn't matter too much. He was odd, yes, but it wasn't like Tristan was not strange at all and the wierdos that went to Hogwarts. Compared to muggleborns, they were basically freaks. "Yes, but if you think I'm odd then what good will it do you, if you go into a forest infested with centaurs and other annoying things for peace?"
After all, Tristan could have easily gone to the lake- no one seemed to be there to gaze stars at the moment.

Annoyance flew across Tristan's face. He pulled out his wand and pointed it at Alucard. "Do you doute me Alucard, because I can show you what I'm capable of if you doute me so much," he said moving closer. Damn Alucard and making it sound like he was a retarded little boy who knew nothing.
He put his wand back up and turned his back to the other boy. "Bite me," he said snidely.
If anyone in the whole school was rude and annoying and just down right picky about some things, it was Alucard. The Slytherin was just plain spooky and mysterious. It annoyed the hell out of Tristan, but what could he do?

"Do you doute me Alucard, because I can show you what I'm capable of if you doute me so much,"
Alucard grinned, he didn't doubt that Tristan couldn't pull off a hex but he really didn't think Tristan was going to. "Hex me, I dare you." Alucard thought, there was no need for threats, if you wanted Alucard to say anything you weren't going to get any. "You don't have to over-react." Alucard felt his stomach grumble silently, a longing for the taste of blood. After all, why else had he wandered down from his warm bed and into a forest that was forbidden for students to enter? Alucard bit his lip so hard that even if own blood began to pour slowly, the taste reached Alucard's tongue. But the blood coming from himself was satisfying.
"Bite me,"
It was like his veins were throbbing, begging him to attack Tristan right there in the forest. Alucard's sanity was trying to fight against the urges and lust for blood. Clouded by his gluttonuos hunger, Alucard's body flinched forwards gracefully like a shadow. That was the wrong thing for Tristan to say. Alucard's hand found their way on to Tristan's neck, his pale fingers tapping the other boy's skin gently.
Alucard drew closer... closer... closer to dinner.

"You don't have to overreact." Tristan snorted at that and crossed his arms. He sighed to himself and wondered what time it was. That's when hands found their way to his neck. He froze. The hands weren't threatening, at least not yet. His heart began pounding faster. Was he being hit on again?
Lately boys seemed to be hitting on him like there was no tomorrow. It was flattering, but at the same time it could be terrifying if that person became obsessed. A shiver went up and down his back and he calmed his heart beat back down to a steady beat.
"What are you doing Alucard? I've had it with all you guys hitting on me. Honestly, do I have a sign that says I'm free meat?" he asked. "Though I will admit you are very good looking.." he trailed off feeling the contact between them growing closer. Did he have some sort of man magnet on him?

"What are you doing Alucard? I've had it with all you guys hitting on me. Honestly, do I have a sign that says I'm free meat?"
Alucard had almost bent over to take a good bite out of Tristan when a voice echoed through his head. His body trembled slightly, Alucard's human side was fighting his inner vampire. Alucard blinked for a moment as if to wait for one of them to win over him. He opened his mouth but closed it, no words had come out, what could he say. What was Tristan saying? Something about "meat"? Was he asking Alucard to drink his blood, savor the taste of his flesh?
"Though I will admit you are very good looking.."
He didn't say anything, the only thing he could think of was blood. Human blood! He'd stooped so low to take animal blood for the last few days that he was beginning to forget the marvelous taste. Alucard's mouth went dry, this was too good to be true. Alucard didn't hesitate at all, his fingers had carrassed his neck enough... on to the meal already! Alucard took a deep breath, the smell of what he just smoked hung in the air- it was vile. Alucard mouth brushed Tristan's neck, it was so close, just beneath his skin.
Alucard's tongue was slightly longer than the average person's, it rolled out gently. Alucard hissed, a death-like rattling erupting from the depths of his throat. Hunger. Alucard widened his mouth, taking one lick at the skin and digging his fangs into Tristan's neck.
((>.> Not sure if that's god-modding, murder me if it is!))

Apparently Alucard wasn't listening to him, which annoyed him to some degree. His looked over his shoulder. "Oi..." but didn't finish his sentence. Alucard had bit him. A flash of pain went through his neck. What the hell? He couldn't move and he rarily could breath right. He could hardly even think straight.
Alucard was a vampire? Figures. Tristan closed his eyes and leaned back. He didn't want to pull away. He was afraid if he did that, that his neck would be torn out or something.
He licked his lips that had gone dry. "Alucard...are you going to kill me?" he asked softly. He wasn't sure what vampires did, since he didn't really study them or pay attention when someone explained about them. He bit his bottom lip. What was he suppose to do? Weirdly enough he wasn't panicing nor did it really hurt...only at the beginning. Then again pain really didn't sink into Tristan.

Human blood. Delicious and much more gratifying than animal blood, it satisfied a vampire. The night was cold, the blood was warm, trickling down his throat. The vampire didn't care whether it killed Tristan or not, Alucard had killed a small amounts of humans and animals by accident, of course, he didn't mean to but he didn't want to go crazy like his father or kill lots of people. Unfortunately, innocent lives were sacrificed. Sometimes, he was lucky and he snapped out of it just in time to leave his victim alive but extremely weak from the blood loss. Alucard found some of his vampiric abilities benefitial, meanwhile, others were so shameful.
"Alucard...are you going to kill me?"
Alucard? His name echoed through his head, shattering his dream-like trance. Alucard's eyes fluttered and he moved backwards, ejecting his fangs from the neck of his friend. Alucard blinked for a whole, looking shocked, "...." He stepped backwards, wiping the back of his hand against his lips.
He remained silent for a couple minutes, he crossed his arms, regaining his arrogance and typical cold expression. Sad enough, Alucard wasn't the sort of person to stammer an apology. "You're lucky." he said coolly, closing his eyes and narrowing his eyebrows.

Finally he felt Alucard move backwards, away from him. The tension that Tristan was feeling soon faded away. "You're lucky." How arrogantly put. He made it out to be Tristan's fault, but really it was Alucards fault for being made a vampire in the first place, and attacking him, especially since they were not enemies.
"I guess I am," he said stiffly. Tristan put a hand up to the wound and wondered if it would leave a mark. If it did his parents would probably say he recieved the kiss of death or something like that. It's amazing that Alucard had pulled back when he did. If he had died...then it was really over for him. He wasn't afraid to die, but was afraid to leave the few people he truely cared about.
"What made you pull back Alucard?" he asked softly.

"I guess I am,"
Alucard slipped his hand into his pocket, luckily he had brought his wand out with him tonight. He hadn't expected to run into anyone but like everyone else, Alucard didn't know the answers to everything- as much as he'd like to avoid admitting it. This was the first time, he stuck around after sucking blood from a victim. He could still taste the blood in his mouth, "You shouldn't touch it, you might get it infected," he said, a bit of a demanding tone hanging in his voice, "I've never tried any healing charms on my... on people who I have... bitten, so I'm not sure what'd happen. Let's hope you are lucky a simple healing charm works."
Alucard pointed at the small bloody mess on Tristan's neck and muttered a healing charm, he never really practiced it since he found it extremely pointless. That probably meant he'd do a sloppy job.
"What made you pull back Alucard?"
Alucard smirked, still feeling slightly disgusted that he had his friend's blood in his body, "Don't flatter yourself and think that I'm scared of accidentally killing you." Alucard wasn't exactly sure why himself but he figured something must have stopped him- maybe he realized what he was doing- his human side didn't want to kill anyone but then again, the nosferatu side of him didn't give a sh*t. In most cases, whoever fell victim to his fangs usually died. "And you shouldn't worry yourself, you won't become a vampire."

"Now you just sound like a freaken mother figure Alucard," he muttered. "I'm fine. I don't need your help with healing this wound..It's fine," he said simply. He was curious if Alucard actually cared what happened to him. He shrugged it off. He probably just didn't want to get caught for killing someone or something like that.
"Don't flatter yourself and think that I'm scared of accidentally killing you."
Tristan snorted with amusement. "Actually that isn't what I was thinking," he said shrugging. "I had a feeling that being sucked off of wasn't the way to turn into a vampire. Actually you've made me a bit curious. How does one become a vampire?" he asked curiously. "And no I'm not asking cause I want to become one. Actually I kinda want to know to avoid that path," he said simply.

"Now you just sound like a freaken mother figure Alucard. I'm fine. I don't need your help with healing this wound..It's fine."
A mother- what?! Alucard didn't know whether he should take that as a compliment or any insult. He was speechless, so he let it go. Even though, the look of utter confusion was still glued to his face and he raised an eyebrow at Tristan, "Fine, whatever you say."
"Actually that isn't what I was thinking, I had a feeling that being sucked off of wasn't the way to turn into a vampire. Actually you've made me a bit curious. How does one become a vampire?"
"There are actually many ways. But the most common one is being drained of all your blood and at the last minute, some of the vampire's blood is transfused into the remainder of your's." Alucard said coldly, remembering one of the books that his father owned. Alucard had not been turned that way- but his father had for sure. The less dramatic and painful ways depended on the age and power of the vampire.
"And no I'm not asking cause I want to become one. Actually I kinda want to know to avoid that path,"
Alucard had almost asked Tristan whether he was planning to become one himself when the other boy had started speaking once again. "Whether you want to or you don't isn't any of my buisness." Alucard said in a dramatically bored voice, he walked slowly towards a tree and slumped his tall, lanky body against it.

How quaint Alucard was being his usual arrogant and cocky self. Tristan rolled his eyes at the other boy. "Maybe someone biting you back is just what you need," he said smirking. He looked over at Alucard and grinned. "Then again you're so cold who would want to put their mouth on you?" he asked innocently.
He snickered to himself. He couldn't imagine Alucard with anyone. He would always be alone, with no one to have and to hold, or do anything else with.
"It's pretty sad that you don't have a girlfriend or a boyfriend, which ever your preference is," he said shrugging. "You've probably never even been kissed before have you?" he asked, not that he was going to get an answer. It was just fun to tease him.

"Maybe someone biting you back is just what you need. Then again you're so cold who would want to put their mouth on you?"
Alucard raised his eyebrows, tilting his head to the side slightly out of wonder. What was Tristan getting at? What was he talking about exactly? Alucard crossed his arms and looked past Tristan. So he was a little cold, big deal, people had to move on with reality instead of worrying about him- he was fine by himself, people were too annoying to deal with. He let out a snort, not even giving Tristan a reply.
"It's pretty sad that you don't have a girlfriend or a boyfriend, which ever your preference is,"
"What does this have to do with you anyways?" Alucard growled, his eyes slapping back on to Tristan. He was probably teasing him but why? Alucard wasn't sure what was going on through this boy's head but whatever it was, Alucard didn't exactly like where it was going, even though, he wasn't too sure. And Alucard loathed not knowing what was going to happen next.
"You've probably never even been kissed before have you?"
"You've got to be joking." Alucard said coolly, a hint of irritation coming into his voice. This wasn't even remotely funny. Alucard's mind kicked back a few years ago when he was in his fourth year when he was a less cold but slightly anti-social and quiet. Alucard didn't want to have to remember it, it was one of the things that really messed him up. Since then Alucard had been playing around, stealing kisses from ignorant girls who didn't know the difference between ponies and horses.
But, really, where was Tristan going with this? Was what Alucard was wondering.

Tristan smirked at Alucard. "You just seem like that type of person Alucard. I bet you can't get someone within one week," he said raising his hands up. He snickered at the other boy. The teasing was hilarious. He almost wanted to laugh at his friend.
He sat down and leaned back against one of the trees. He couldn't help but feel satisfied with his teasing and taunting. He hadn't done that in a long time, at least it felt like forever.

"You just seem like that type of person Alucard. I bet you can't get someone within one week,"
Alucard snickered, his confusion suddenly withering away, was that it? "I'm surprised, Tristan." He admitted, crossing his arms, a grin forming on his face, "You haven't thought that through, have you? You know how stupid the Slytherin girls are, any of them would jump off a cliff, if either of us told them to." It was quite true, that was why Alucard had loathed how the girls were able to get up into the boy's dorm room. Atleast, it was vice versa or havoc would break loose.
Alucard smiled to himself, that would be easy. He could do within an hour. Just pop up into the Slytherin Common Room, look for a good-looking girl that was still awake, if there were any, and ask her to date him. Easy.

Tristan had to grin right back at him. "Apparently I wasn't clear enough. I bet you couldn't a boyfriend with the week," he said snickering. "I already know how easy it is to get girls...they're like cats in heat or something like that. You could pick one and she'd be yours for the rest of the night," he said shrugging.
"Then again I'm not into girls so it's not that easy, yet I have a boyfriend," he said grinning. "So far you have yet to have anyone Alucard," he notted. "Not as easy as you thought now is it?" he asked.

"Apparently I wasn't clear enough. I bet you couldn't a boyfriend with the week,"
Crap, his mouth shouldn't have been so big! Damn, Tristan. Alucard frowned, looking up at the trees full of insufferable pride, "How could you be so sure that I swing that way even?" Of course, Alucard never thought he could when he was a child until he met an older boy in this very school when he was younger, did everything always have to be so f*cked up? He had also been abusive since he was holding a heavy secret that he didn't even let Alucard know about. But, like every drama-filled story, the b*stard died from a sickness.
"I already know how easy it is to get girls...they're like cats in heat or something like that. You could pick one and she'd be yours for the rest of the night. Then again I'm not into girls so it's not that easy, yet I have a boyfriend."
Alucard sneered, raising an eyebrow, "Ah, it explains a lot." Alucard didn't really care who the boy was, whether the guy was an idiot or someone that Alucard had a pinch of respect for.
"So far you have yet to have anyone Alucard. Not as easy as you thought now is it?"
Alucard avoided any eye contact, obviously changing the topic, "Are you sure your neck is fine?" He didn't enjoy being taunted, it was too humiliating. And it definately wasn't easy as he thought. And Tristan knew that getting Alucard to do something always worked with a teasing. Especially something like this.

He snickered knowing he had Alucard playing right into his deck of cards. Tristan put his hands behind his head a smirked. "I'm not sure but that's what makes it all the more enjoyable to watch," he said grinning.
Tristan had forgotten that he was with a fellow Slytherin. Telling him that he swung that way may have been a mistake. Oh well no taking it back now.
He noticed the subject change and wondered why. "My neck is fine. It will heal," he said snorting. "You really are like a mother figure...worrying about her son," he noted.

"I'm not sure but that's what makes it all the more enjoyable to watch,"
Alucard raised an eyebrow, this was what Tristan found enjoyable, but for Alucard this was just torture. It meant that he would have to actually try and get someone, in this case a boy, to date him. He wasn't going to shy away from a challenge like this- even though, truthfully, he didn't want to. What a waste of time, especially when he had to find one particular boy, that wasn't a total moron, out of a million that went to the school... he knew that most of the boys would freak out if he tried anything, so it'd be extremely hard. "And if anything happens, I'm going to kill you," He smirked, "since this is not going to be easy."
Oh, even better, a headache was coming along.
"My neck is fine. It will heal. You really are like a mother figure...worrying about her son."
"Wow, we unravel more and more secrets about each other. You've got some boyfriend and I'm suddenly you're mother." Alucard said sarcastically, feeling his eye lids grow a little heavy, "You know what, I'm exhausted. I'm off to bed, you're ass could be someone's dinner for all I care." His glaring eyes took one glance at the trees before he spun around and slowly began to make his way towards the castle, he didn't wait to see whether Tristan was going up to the castle with him or not. All Alucard cared about was getting into his warm bed and having a nice rest, he'd probably sleep throughout the day but an early start wouldn't hurt.
